This mean to work hard to be successful. You have so much energy to work hard and not give up. This is a way to success it will not be easy but you will get there. When you are reaching for success there is no such thing as hard work. Things will only come if you really want to achieve them and if you work hard no matter what. Block 2: Enthusiasm
Having enthusiasm makes you enjoy life more and be more successful. Be eager to go to work every morning and have that smile on your face. Have that energy for life and never give up. You can achieve great things when you have enthusiasm. Enthusiasm is to be excited fro everyday and have the energy to do whatever you like. Enjoy life day by day. Never go ahead of planning always live by day. Always be happy no matter what happens to you. Be inspired, excited, motivated, and creative to live the life the way you want to live. If you don't have enthusiasm you will never achieve the great things in life. Pu effort in to what you want to do and enthusiasm. Find something interesting in your life and make something out of it. Block 4: Loyalty
Having loyalty is having respect and manners. Helping others chose whats right or whats wrong is having loyalty. Giving loyalty to someone is like giving them your whole life. You put all your trust into that one person. Loyalty is bigger in life. Always help someone when they are choosing the wrong and make them choose the right. Having loyalty is always being there for someone when they need you the most. You never let them down and always trust them on what they wan to do. You learn from your mistakes and help others make sure they don't make that same mistake when you give them loyalty. Block 5: Cooperation
Having cooperation is being able to work together with others well. Everyone has to bring there ideas together and make one great idea. Everyone having cooperation can bring many new things and have some new ideas that can make something great from it. If you have one piece missing from the puzzle maybe the other person has and you can work together. Having to work together is bring new ideas and creating something wonderfull. Block 6: Ambition
Having ambition will get you somewhere if you know you really want it. You have to work hard for what you want and earn what you need. Nothing is free in this world so you have to have ambition and work for what you really need. Ambition will take you to success and achieve great things in life. Never give up when you feel like you failed. Always be determine to finish something and never give up. Ambition will take you high in life and make you feel you like you have accomplished great things. If you want to rise high you have to have ambition and a strong desire that you know you want to accomplish. When your ambition is big you know that the work you put in is even bigger. Block 7: Self-Control
Having self control is having to control your emotions and not letting them get out of hand. Always try to control your emotions. You know you have self-control when your are choosing the right and not the wrong. Having self-control is having balance, calmness, determination, confidence, and willpower. You have self-control when you want to do something bad but you know it's wrong so you are not gonna do it. Knowing that you have self-control you are able to master anything. Having self-control is not letting anything get in the way and conquering. You have control of behavior, control of emotions, and control of desire. You choose the way that you want to go because nobody else is gonna choose it fro you.You are your own person and get to choose the way you want to live. Block 8: Alertness
Alertness is always being alert of your surrounding and what you are doing. You are always alert no matter what. You are keeping your eyes open and always staying alert. You know what is going on around you and you have a good understanding. Being alert can help you because you learn. Being alert is always having to be aware and observing around you and you learn new ways to improve yourself. Being alert is meaning that you have your eyes open. Block 9: Initiative
Someone who takes initiative is someone who stands up first and takes the lead. Initiative is to take the lead and speak up to say what is right. You do what is right without anyone telling your what to do and how to do it. With initiative you are the leader and making great things happen. Taking initiative is taking on a big responsibility and making something great happen from it. You know what do and what kind of responsibility you need to take on. No matter the responsibility you accomplish it by taking initiative. You can either take initiative by being the leader or doing things nobody has ever done. Block 10:Intentness
To be intentness you need to be determine. You have to trust yourself no matter what. Believe in yourself and in other because you need to be intentness. Never give up on things that take long you have to learn how to be patient and get things done right. You have to learn how to be strong when you are going through tough times. Block 11: Sincerity
When you have sincerity you are reaching success. It does not cost a dime to have sincerity. Sincerity can be the most meaningful thing to someone and you can make them feel special. When have sincerity you are being genuine and having a good heart. No matter what you go through you should always have sincerity. When having sincerity you can make someones day and you would have accomplished something great in life. You have to open to talk to people to let them and know what you are going through because that is real sincerity."The secret of success is sincerity."-Jean Giraudoux
Block 12: Adaptability
Having adaptability is being able to adjust to new things easily. Having to adjust to a new beginning can be easy for you. You adjust to new conditions in life. You have to adapt to new things that are coming into your life. You find a way out of a bad situation. You figure out how to find new beginnings in life when they try to bring you down. Adapting to new people is like a new beginning because you are learning how to communicate with different people. When you make a plan and you change it without complaining it is called having adaptability. "All fixed set patterns are incapable of adaptability or pliability. Block 13: Condition
To have condition is to be physically, mentally and emotionally good. Have condition in the body to be able to move fast. To be able to live longer and feel great about yourself. To be in a good condition is getting enough rest which is sleep, getting enough exercise and having a good relationship with your family. Condition yourself to be in a good position and have a better successful life. Practice to have condition because you will need it. You will feel good about yourself after you have practiced your condition. To have a good condition will make you live a better more relaxing life. Block 14: Skill
To have skill is having the ability to do something well. Having skills can get you somewhere in life. To have skill is more important than having strength. When have skill is because you have been practicing and practicing to get that skill right. You learned that skill yourself and you put all your work and energy into. You have to train to have a skill its not easy to just get a skill. Skill is more valuable than being able to say that you are an expert. Block 15: Team Spirit
Having team spirit motivates everything and makes them work harder for what they want. Having team spirit puts you in a good mood. When there is team spirit you achieve more and get things done faster. Having team spirit is respecting one another and showing each other the kind of work you want to make. You show your team that you care about one another. When having team spirit you make one dream come true. Team spirit is one of the greatest strength for the team. You can achieve more when team spirit is in it to win it. No matter what you always need to have team spirit. Never let the spirit go down because you can bring your teammates down. Block 16: Honesty
Having honesty is an important part of life because it will affect you if you are not honest with others.Honesty is very important for everyone to understand and do. If you’re not honest with yourself and to other people no one will trust you. When you do something wrong, you need to say the truth. You might get in trouble or so but lying is worse. When you lie that means you are not responsible for you actions. Everyone will lose the trust they had in you. They will never believe you again because you lied to them once. When you are not honest, you are only hurting yourself. Your friends will no longer want to be with you because you lie. Being honest is not just about lying, also about keeping your word and not cheating. When you make a promise do not break it, keep your word. No one is going to like it if you keep on breaking your promises. Do not cheat, if you cheat you are not being honest. You are getting answers from someone who probably studied really hard for the test.
Block 17: Resourcefulness
Being resourcefulness is finding a way to overcome your difficulties. You find ways to overcome anything bad that has been going on in your life. You deal with difficulties in life but you learn a way to overcome them. You learn many ways to become resourcefulness.Even through the hardest situation you find a way to overcome it. You know how to deal with unusual problems. You know how to take initiative and being good at problem solving when in difficult situations. Block 18: Poise
Increase self-confidence; accept yourself for who you are. Accepting yourself can help you become a better person. It helps you build up self-esteem. Always believe in yourself and your ability. Do not let someone tell you otherwise. If you believe you could do it, then you can. Have positives thoughts about yourself. Stay focused on your strengths. Looking at positive aspects of yourself can help you become poise. Be willing to fight towards your fears and forgive yourself for any mistakes that have occurred in the past. Know your value and do not change for anyone. Look for a purpose in life and go for it, work hard till you get there. Talk to people who are at the level you want to be. Maybe they are working in what you want to work in, go and talk to them. You can always learn new things from different people.

Competitive greatness is to be at your best even when you lose. Always be the best no matter what the situation is. Competitive greatness is to be patient. You have to be great at all times. When the situation is bad be the greatest and be a team player. Get through it as a team and not alone you can achieve great when you work as a team. Always do your best and do not let your team down, because you give up on your team they start to feel bad and would want to give up. Having integrity is being honest and having strong morals. Always be doing the right thing when no one is watching.You are being sincere and trustworthy to others. You don't let them down. No matter what always do the right thing. Don't ever try to do the wrong thing when you are trying to impress someone. Always be honest with yourself and with others. No matter how cool you are they way you treat people is going to reflect on you. To have integrity is to be honorable not just to you but others. Having faith is believing in yourself and achieving things that you always wanted to accomplish. Purse your life the way you want it. When jumping a leap you are having faith because you are trusting yourself to making it to the other side. Believe in accomplishing your goals and making them come true.Open up to new beginnings. Having faith in yourself is important because you are pushing yourself to do great. Even when you feel like you have reached rock bottom you need to keep your faith and keep pushing forward. Block 25:Patience
Having patience is an important part of life because it shows how you are able to accept or tolerate trouble without getting angry or upset. Patience is the key element to success. Good things in life come when you have the patience. When having patience is when you wait and wait and do not get frustrated. Waiting along the line is having patience because you have been waiting for so long to get something great. Patience is a process because it shows your strength of your tolerance for anger and how well you are waiting. Reflection: Building the blocks can benefit me because I learn valuable lessons. It help me learn that life is not only about being honest because there is more to life than just being honest. The blocks that apply to me are honesty,cooperation, friendship, loyalty, cooperation, self-control and faith. These block are making a difference in my life because they made me realize that there is way m more to life than just being loyal and respectful. You need to learn other things such as having patience, integrity, and enthusiasm. I will start to incorporate the other blocks on my life by taking it step by step.
